I'm North Carolina based and I serve couples all over the US. I was born and raised in Southern California, but the Blue Ridge Mountains are my home now.
I love wedding tears, personal vows, grandma's hugs before you walk down the aisle, couples who value connection, and laughing till my sides hurt.
My husband and I got engaged near Boone in the mountains of North Carolina, and ever since, these mountains have been the backdrop for the greatest love story I have ever known- ours. Hence the name, Boonetown Story.
My approach is simply this:
Intentional, Honest images with a high end touch
I value honesty and try to keep things as organic as possible, holding your love and connection at the center of the story. Photography is so personal to me. It's creative and individualized, sentimental and fun. It's awareness of the beautiful moments that seem to hide in between. Essentially, it's all of the words that seem to fail us when it comes to describing the most special moments in life. For me, pictures are my words.
